Overview
The ship uses a single crane a s an independent system, without data storage and viewing function,
and the operators, engineers and personnel in the shore management center cannot directly view the
parameters of the crane during operation, which is not conducive to the maintenance and
management o f the crane, and i s not conducive to the crane fault analysis and maintenance, and
cannot provide direct data recording basis for the ship owner when settling claims.
Solution
EcoGuard crane management system uses mechanical performance parameter monitoring, oil
analysis, vibration monitoring and other status monitoring technology to collect the important operation
parameters o f ship crane and related auxiliary systems online or offline, and monitor them b y means
o f data table, bar chart and curve chart. Through the comparative analysis of various parameters, the
abnormal operation or fault condition of the equipment can be accurately judged. The operation status
and health status of the crane are analyzed and evaluated, and the diagnosis results and reasonable
